Role Description:
The Paid Performance Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic management of advertising on paid traffic acquisition channels. The manager will ensure that the paid traffic acquisition strategy is implemented effectively and efficiently, and that advertising is set up and continually optimized for performance based on data driven insights to meet revenue and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the Google Merchant Center accounts internationally - including setup and identifying potential improvements, as well as implementing and evaluating them
- Managing our partners in the area of Price comparison websites
- Communicate with management and oversee planning, optimization, and reporting on paid advertising activities
- Prepare reports, analyze campaign results, and present actionable recommendations
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, ad content creation, and inbound funnel improvements
- Create and execute PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad setup, and managing translations for international accounts
- Plan and execute testing initiatives such as ad copy, landing pages, and feed optimization
- Update the team and management with knowledge on industry best practices and the latest technologies, especially in relation to the management of product feeds
Requirements:
- Previous experience with managing digital advertising involving large product feeds
- Excellent knowledge of Google Merchant Center
- Previous experience in paid digital advertising on Google and other platforms, ideally Price Comparison platforms and Affiliates
- A systematic, highly organized approach
- Proficiency in Latvian and strong English language skills are required for working with software and developing solutions tailored for international audiences and users
