Job description

To bring in new clients and make sure the company is selling its products or services effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as networking events, referrals, online marketing, and cold calling.
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients and create tailored offers that address specific needs and concerns of potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and services to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Maintain a well-organized pipeline of potential clients, track interactions, and manage follow-ups to ensure a steady flow of new business.
  • Guide the potential client through the AML/KYC process and coordinate the process of signing the service agreement. 
  • Work closely with the Accounting and T&L unit to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales managers from other Baltic counties: work closely together on Pan-Baltic sales projects.
  • Execute the Sales action plan.
  • Meet the sales targets set by Leinonens management.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales experience in B2B business environment.
  • Strong verbal and written English language abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Be business-oriented with a strong ability to drive sales.
  • Developed negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sales in the areas of accounting, legal or other professional services.
