Main tasks:

• provide administrative support to the Company`s CEO and other team members;
• coordinate business trips including flights, visas and accommodation;
• prepare different internal and external documentation;
• effectively organize appointments of CEO;
• communicate with service providers and solve different administrative issues;
• order all necessary office supplies.

Requirements:

• successful experience in office management;
• excellent English, Russian and Latvian spoken and written;
• high focus on details and quality, initiative, excellent planning and organizing skills, independent minded and responsible.
