Requirements for a candidate:
- Secondary professional or higher education;
- Experience in logistics in the field of heavy vehicle transportation;
- Experience working with outsourced transport;
- Experience in sales will be an advantage;
- Willingness to go on business trips and organize meetings with partners;
- High motivation to achieve results;
- Knowledge of Latvian and English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage;
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently;
- Ability to resolve crisis situations, ability to resolve conflicts;
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team;
- Good communication and cooperation skills.
Main responsibilities:
- Searching for and attracting transport companies to cooperation;
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with attracted clients;
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities;
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation;
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders;
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
