Responsibilities for Account Managers in a B2B company

  • Collaborate with clients to determine the number of buses needed, travel routes, and any special accommodations.

Customized Solutions:
  • Develop tailored transportation solutions based on clients' event and venue specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the implementation of customized plans.

Quoting and Proposal:
  • Provide accurate and competitive price quotes for transportation services.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals outlining service details, costs, and any additional features.

Contract Negotiation:
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring terms and conditions meet both parties' expectations.
  • Secure long-term agreements for recurring events or venue transportation needs.

Logistical Coordination:
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of transportation plans.
  • Coordinate logistics, including bus availability, driver schedules, and route optimization.

Problem Resolution:
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients during the process.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and implement preventive measures.

Upselling and Cross-Selling:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or cross-sell complementary offerings.
  • Enhance overall value for clients while maximizing revenue for the company.

Reporting and Analysis:
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and client satisfaction using CRM.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic enhancements.

Continuous Client Engagement:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to anticipate future requirements.
