Requirements for candidates

Originate from the banking, finance or payment industry;
Have a general knowledge on different payment rails, clearing systems and treasury services;
Passionate about numbers and Excel reporting;
Able to prioritise between multiple tasks;
Able to quickly and efficiently find or summarise the information you need to perform your job;
Detail-oriented mindset;
Keen to learn ask questions instead of making mistakes;
Have good English, both spoken and written;
Friendly, positive thinking, reliable team player.
Practical experience in Swift messaging will be considered as advantage.

Due to rapid growth, we have a new role for a Treasury Specialist to join our team in Riga, Latvia.

What you'll do

Contribute to a day-to-day treasury routine, including:
Creating and supporting numerous internal treasury reports;
Monitoring of Treasury KPIs and early warning indicators;
Maintaining liquidity on accounts across a wide network of the Company's banking partners;
Search, analyze and organise information related to various treasury and payment projects.
Assist in developing internal treasury normative documents, i.e. policies, procedures, instructions etc.
Communicate with counterparties on treasury-related issues and enquiries;
Identify potential issues before they arise and resolve them in a timely manner;
Be a helping hand to the other teams, dealing with queries related to treasury and payments stuff.
