Booking Group, a leading player in the car rental market EconomyBookings.com, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Finance to shape and implement financial strategy, manage financial processes, and ensure the companys sustainable growth. We are looking for a professional who can not only effectively manage the company's finances but also become a key partner in making strategic decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 📋

• Develop and implement the companys financial strategy.

• Work closely with the executive team to guide and influence financial decision-making.

• Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets.

• Forecast future financial trends and provide actionable insights.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor cash flow and work to optimize financial performance.

• Ensure effective capital management, including working capital, investments, and debt.

• Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

• Provide guidance on strategic investments, acquisitions, and divestitures.

• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance.

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

• Communicate financial performance and strategy to investors and analysts.

• Implement and manage financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

REQUIREMENTS 📝

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Proven experience as a Head of Finance, or similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the tech or e-commerce industries.

• Extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

• Experience in managing a finance team and working closely with senior leadership.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis tools.

• Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, financial modeling).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with various teams.

• Strategic mindset with an ability to align financial strategies with business objectives.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
