What will you do?
- Reach out to players who have become inactive or left the platform to gather honest feedback
- Analyse and summarize trends in player behaviour and satisfaction
- Identify pain points and opportunities to improve retention across different user segments
- Collaborate with the Retention and Product teams to help design better offers, features, and communication flows
- Contribute to player win-back strategies with data-driven suggestions
- Keep track of key user satisfaction metrics and provide regular reports
- Help ensure every player feels heard and valued, especially after a negative experience
What you need:
- Excellent written and spoken English (essential for communicating with international clients)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A detail-focused, analytical mindset with a desire to understand human behaviour
- Empathy and professionalism when dealing with critical or emotional feedback
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points:
- Previous experience in support, research, or retention in the gambling or online entertainment industry
- Knowledge of user behaviour analytics or survey tools
- Additional languages (German, Norwegian, Polish, Bulgarian, or Portuguese)
