Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or closely related field.
At least 1 year of experience in communications, media relations, creative writing and editing or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills.
Proven track record in project management.
Fluency in English and Latvian.
Experience in the use of web-based management systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and design tools like "Canva".
Collaborative mindset and can-do attitude.

Job Description

The Junior Employer Branding Specialist at Evolution is a pivotal role responsible for driving effective internal communication strategies and initiatives in alignment with the Global Communication Strategy. This role focuses on enhancing employee engagement, retention, and fostering a strong internal community within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Local Communication Development: Develop and implement local communication concepts that align with the Global Communication Strategy, with a primary emphasis on enhancing internal communication and promoting employee engagement and retention.
Internal Communication Strategy: Create and manage comprehensive internal communication strategies and programs, potentially extending their implementation across Evolution's locations in Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania.
Project Leadership: Lead the delivery of various communication projects, including internal reports and annual engagement activities, ensuring the effective dissemination of critical information to employees.
Intranet Administration: Manage and maintain the company's intranet platform (EVOSpace), overseeing content management to facilitate efficient internal communication.
Collaboration with People Excellence Team: Partner with the People Excellence Team to support local and global communication initiatives, such as Learning and Development activities, Q12 of Engagement survey, Female Empowerment Brunch, HealthyEVO week and others.
Performance Measurement: Utilize metrics and data analysis to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
Event and Initiative Refinement: Collaborate closely with Office Management and the Events Department to refine internal and external event concepts, ensuring alignment with the brand and company values.
Talent Acquisition Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team in organizing internal events and campaigns such as "Friends Day" and other events.
External Communication Support: Contribute to external communication project management, supporting initiatives that enhance the company's external image and reputation.
Collaboration with 3rd Parties: Lead and cooperate on projects with external agencies, partners, and suppliers, including photographers, videographers, and graphic designers, to execute employer branding and communications-related initiatives.
