Required skills and experience

Bachelor degree;
Experience in Customer Service/Customer Care or other relevant role for 1 year;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Very good English and French language skills;
Logical mind set with a high level of precision and responsibility;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Proficient use and experience with SAP ERP system will be considered as a advantage.

Responsibilities

Customer Support: Handle inquiries, requests, and disputes;
Data Management: Maintain customer and material data;
Order Management: Process sales and sample orders in SAP ERP;
Consignment Management: Oversee consignment stock and invoicing;
Internal Coordination: Support cross-functional teams and pricing changes;
Project Participation: Engage in improvement and automation projects;
Training & Documentation: Assist with onboarding and maintain documentation;
Skills Development: Refresh and acquire new skills;
Backup Support: Cover for peers and handle additional tasks.

Monthly gross salary 1300 - 1600 EUR, depending on skills and experience;
