Main Responsibilities
- Operational support for card products and payment services.
- Coordination and communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Monitoring and processing client requests and operational tasks related to card orders, deliveries, and transactions.
- Managing and resolving operational issues related to card shipments, payments, and client communication.
- Preparing documentation and responses for financial claims and chargeback processes.
- Handling and monitoring transactions through alternative payment systems (e.g., Skrill, Neteller).
