A university degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
At least three years working experience in financial accounting.
Strong understanding of tax law and Latvian financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP (Business ByDesign) or similar ERP systems.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to analyze complex data, think logically, and solve problems independently.
A collaborative team player who stays motivated and effective under pressure.

Oversee all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Create monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Latvian standards, providing clear insights into our financial health.
Oversee monthly payroll processing and prepare detailed employee statistics and reports.
Manage sales tax declarations to maintain compliance with regulations.
Ensure accuracy in travel and credit card expenses through verification and recording.
Conduct comprehensive account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
Work with government agencies and external consultants on tax-related matters, ensuring compliance and optimal financial planning.
